I am Owed $7000 from PLO Professor (Josh Thatcher) and Donkfishpoker ( Wayne Palitz) in poker club (Mad House)
This post is designed to serve as a warning against any potential people who would be interested in playing in Madhouse, which is the poker club hosted by Joshua Thatcher, a.k.a. PLO Professor. I’m not going to go into incredible detail here because of the nature of these underground poker clubs, but to keep it simple, this club operates on the PP Poker app. PLO Professor advertises it on his YouTube channel and in other places as a place to play poker.
I was referred to this club by a friend of mine. I played for a few weeks and won a decent amount of money. After a big win in a couple of games after a few whales had dumped some money in, I was told that I would be paid out in full. Instead, I was promptly blocked and ghosted. I was blocked by all the members of their team and removed from their WhatsApp group.
Another friend of mine reached out to Joshua directly. Joshua told him that for some reason or another, I was suspected of cheating. They weren’t going to give me any reason, any ability to defend myself, or let me see any evidence. They acted like they were 100% certain I was cheating with conclusive proof, and that was that.
The issue here isn’t even the money, even though I’m being stiffed almost eight thousand dollars at this point. The real issue is that this club is willing to confiscate your chips, withhold your winnings, and accuse you of cheating without giving you any evidence or any chance to defend yourself if they choose to.
So you should definitely be careful if you decide to play with them. Now, if they have some clear reason to believe I was cheating, I’d love to see it. I’m open to it. But I know for myself I did not cheat. I haven’t used any bots, solvers, nor have I done any collusion. I haven’t even played with the person who referred me to the club... we sat at the same table for maybe five or ten minutes once, and that was it.
If they have evidence of me cheating, I would love to see it in writing. Until I do, I’m going to assume they just didn’t want to pay out and they’re stiffing me of nearly eight thousand dollars.

Back in the day you had to be at least underground adjacent to get invited to the underground game. Now they're advertised to nerds who watch training content and the game runs on your telephone and there's no cash trading hands it's sent through Venmo or whatever. That's the real crime here.
We traded topless massage girls and the whale who is 36 hours into a coke binge (hasn't left the table during it) for "app game".

You just happened to stumble across this thread about a club you play on, the best run club you ever played on no less and decided to sign up to this site and talk about nothing but how much you love this club and how they would never do anything shady but you do not have any interest in it besides playing in the club?

Although anyone that plays on these illegal apps is asking to get scammed/free rolled.

Definitely not reading all of that but if you’re playing app games in 2026 you kind of deserve to have your money stolen.
I played on an illegal site and 100% what was going to end up happening happened. News at 11.
Biggest mistake ever is giving action to these apps. Unless of course if your playing on free money vs real money.
