50nl hand review against a reg. call/fold vs a raise over a river blockbet for 120% potish

hey there again, I got 2 replies in a day on my first uploaded hand. Both players agreed with my 2pair fold on the river. I have another one. I've ran into this guy ALOT over the past year. He's like me, in general he's not messing around. I created a custom range for him, I think there's a way I could put that in here as well if people wanted to see what I thought his range looked like. Basically, he has ALOT of bluffs imo in this particular situation, but he's VERY rarely gonna raise me on the river without a better hand. I wasn't at this table for long before this hand. And I was running very good I cant lie. It had just become 3 handed when this happens. Want to know if you guys think its a call/fold on the river. let me know.
