Hello guys, I don't want to be a b*tch that just cries BUT BUT BUT.
I'm playing micro/low stakes SNGs for 4 months and I can't make a single penny. I have played recreationaly cash games for few years, I have learned game theory, I have bought a month subscription from Upswing poker, I have played around with GTOwizard and I have practiced a lot of ICM... you know I approached the game with caution... and yet I'm not able to earn any money but in fact I'm slowly losing..... Honestly I'm begining to feel just like slot machine junkie that doesen't want to give it up. I'm playing at very least 40 games a day mostly 9max SNGs. I honestly just don't ***** know what am I doing wrong. I try to be always very honest to myself without bs but this rly feels like I have hitted Iceberg I just can't figure out what's wrong, where is the problem and it doesen't make me happy at all.

I am doing well playing SNGs. Started at the $3 plus 30 with $100 bankroll. Worked my way up to the $6+.60 level. Bankroll is at $290, need $330 to move up to the $10+$1 level. I like to have 30 times the buy in and if I get down to 25 times the buying I move back down. Playing pretty much ABC poker and feel like I can beat this game.
During the height of the boom, sit and gos and limit holdem were two of the absolute best ways to print money online. You can still make money online in limit holdem and sit and gos, but they are the MOST overstudied online formats. No limit holdem cash games are only the most studied form of poker now because the absolute cream of the crop of online wizards studied limit holdem and sngs so hard that they were perfected so much so that unless you play what we wouldve called world class back then or simply very very good now you wont make long term money on them online.

My opinion on that is subjective, and you can take from it whatever you want, but I hope my answer will give you a good guide to do the right decisions.
I am a professional poker player in all kinds of formats. Grinded online mtts, sngs, cg, as well as live cg and mtts, and was a member of the Spin Legends gold team with coffeeyay.
I played with various accounts and identities have over 1M in winnings and god profit and ROI over the longrun especially in mtts.
So here is what I experienced:
On most poker sites you will not be able to make profit with poker no matter how good you are, simply because they fix their games. Period.
Anyone saying something else is delusional in my opinion, or just happened to have an account that is allowed not to be ripped off.
I ran over 200 buyings under EV with spins on stars.
I had extremly good results with the ICM Trainer of pokerstrategy, and was studying like crazy.
If they don't want you to win, you will not win. And their propaganda tards will blame it on the variancy in the forums.
If you realize, what you realized, stop grinding on the site that you are playing on, and switch to another site, until you found and online site that doesn't constantly
giving you extreme ups & downs.
Avoid the big sites, they rip people off.
Play on smaller sites with a decent image, or go play live poker.
You can also use a different identity, but then you need to completely set you pc new, to avoid any traces of old data.
Works out well for me with the account of various people. Suddenly the mega downswing turned into a mega upswing.
It's all business, tards don't get that.

PS. Also use a format that is not so easy to solve, because there are so many bots on the sites that play 24/7.
In NLH I would go for cashgames on smaller sites that are less likly to be fixed by the site itself and crush the bots, and also mtts, because the varience is higher, so bots won't be too much of an issue, and you still have a lot of fish.
Avoid sngs, spins.
HU cg is great as you will figure out fast who you are up against.
You can go for PLO cg too, but the variance in PLO might scare you.
