Call. Then use that data to decide next time

I'd guess in practice, people only do this when they want to get raised.

You beat wheel aces and rare 54s. I think people aren't going to be enthusiastic about bluffing those for 10% pot and even if they were (and overbluffing) you'll still get shown value the vast majority of the time making your information pretty useless. Also it's a completely anonymous game.

In my experience they're usually going for thin value or "trying to see a cheap showdown"

OOP SRP B-B-B small sample but it shows the point:

Other lines are similar but IP gets weird

I'm thinking shove or at least raise is the best but I would probably have folded here like a total bitch.

The problem with raising is we we don't have much 8x in our range. I'm pretty sure this guy was trying to bait me but we will see in 24 hours.

I'm under the assumption that regs at these stakes are probably a little more balanced and will include some nutted hands in this sizing.

At 50nl and lower I think villain would be heavily capped towards AJ. So there I'd lean more towards raising because they will just overfold.

Here I'd go Fold > Raise > Call

Had heard this 10% river block was a thing. Gtow says correct too with, ironically, 10% of our BX river range. Mostly OPs. Like a toy game of 'I have all the higher pairs pay me'

High level stuff. Fold.

After you call this time to make sure.

88/87s seem very natural to call flop and x turn. Maybe most people stab KQ OTT so it’s harder to rep the supernuts.

Anyways interesting hand I’m curious. Even if they had KK/AA/AJ who knows how often they fold. To me that’s scarier than a bit of 8x or KQ.

We have less 88 than normal because 88 no diamond folds flop. I've found trying to rep 5-6 combos never works very well in practice but I'll relay results when I get them.

lol I ****in knew it.
