Gary Cahill at Bolton a sneaky one
VDV and Sessegnon on the bench. Nice.
Hoping Sessegnon might do a job in an Ange system, perhaps out on the LW.
ManU in for Snitzel Shane Long. What a day
That's a great deal. He absolutely tore Spurs to shreds in the CL a few season's back. Son, Werner and Johnson would be a rapid front 3.
I'm not sure if Joey Barton going mental on Twitter over female pundits is newsworthy because a quick check seems to suggest he lost it a long time ago and this is business as usual for him
i am not too familiar with barton's recent actions, but i had a look at his twitter this morning and anyone who responds to criticism from FC Union Berlin's twitter account with a gif of the normandy landings cant be all bad
He compared two women commentators to serial killers and someone asked why he didn't choose a killer closer to home, only good thing that's come out of this mess
does SUN v NEW historically make the top 5 of UK derbies? if not, the top 10?
bloody hell. almost impossible to tell which team is which in this SUN NEW match
I wish all the luck in swiping this from United

Loool
I would have it as top three. Old Firm, North London and this one. Old Firm built on centuries of religious hatred and oppression so tough to argue that one.
Obvs I have a personal bias towards North London but it stems from Arsenal literally bribing the league to be promoted ahead of us despite finishing lower 100+ years ago so there's plenty of genuine hatred there.
Globally I feel like the Superclasico in Buenos Aires and the Eternal Derby in Belgrade are the two biggest and most brutal.
The Old Firm isn't what it used to be. They don't have opposition fans in either stadium anymore so the atmosphere feels much flatter. Glasgow is still a war zone during it though
Nathan Jones just described James McAtee as a young Bernardo Silva. Thoughts sixfour?
Werner was pretty disastrous at Chelsea, to the extent they lost 20 million quid on him in two years despite him still not even being 27 when they sold him.
We obviously need support in the wide areas and there's no way he's not an upgrade on Gil (and probably Solomon), so we'll see. Not overly jazzed about this though.
It looks like its happening. Not the worst given what players you mentioned + Son away for a few weeks.
6 month loan + buy option in the region of 15-20m. whats not to like about it.
I mean if that is an accurate description of the deal then it's low risk and fair enough, not saying I hate it like we've just spunked 90m on a winger who can only do it in the Dutch league on a 5 year contract, I'm just not massively excited by it.
It's not like we've signed Ibrahima Bakayoko c. 1998.
