Diamond in a Day - CET Total Rewards
Is it still possible to get Diamond in a Day?
I have read about it in the past, just curious.
Caesars ran a promotion, I believe it ran from November 1-December 31 and you would be credited 20% of the tier credits earned it this period in 2024. Does anyone know when these will be applied.
Last time someone sent me a link it was $595 or something around there
So you can get Diamond card by getting the $95 annual fee Wyndham card or no?
I'm not sure why you care as the CR Visa is giving you so many TC, but yes it was possible.

They now specifically state that you can't match from other matches. Gaining status through a CC is still gaining status.
However, if you read the terms and conditions it now sounds like you can only do this if you are a new member? Can we get a lawyer in here?

You seem to not notice that I don't give a ****. I already said that I was given diamond last year that I didn't earn.

Went to Gordan Ramsay Burger at PH. Used the Diamond celebration without issue - skipped the big line by going to the counter and showing my card. Burgers, fries, and oreo shakes were all delicious. Would do again.
Probably places like Flavortown, and other CET owned restaurants.

If it’s not butthurt it has to be something warping your thought process to think I would possibly lie about a CC bonus being hit by a 5x multiplier.
So you have to let me know. Normal people would realize that something like that could easily happen and say I got lucky. But then a few Mensas on here think I would work for VISA or I’m just a weird Pinocchio for no reason lol

Thats the issue with the regular Caesars Visa which caps the annual tier credits at 5,000 so there is not a way to get Diamond by credit card spend alone with that card. The first year one can earn 7,500 tier credits with the sign up bonus that would then leave 7,500 tier credits needed to be earned which could then be earned with $1,500 coin in on a 10X day for slots.

Not sure if still the case but the card used to get you 5K + 2.5K + 2.5K = 10K in first year
Then if you do simple Quest for Reward stuff you are almost all the way with zero gambling and cost. One ten hour poker session during a multiplier day might be all that you need.
My quest in AC to match my new diamond plus to other casinos has ended in failure & rejection:
MGM - They told me to come back in Feb, but couldn't tell me if my matching would last 6, 3 or even 1 month.
Hard Rock - Matched to rock royalty and got $15 free slot play and a free car wash during a weekend with a god damn hurricane outside.
Oceans - They only match Caesar's seven stars. I could match Hard Rock royalty to them but need 18 months of inactive which would of happen by April if I didn't play at their casino this weekend.
Caesar's AC property - Food is served in their seven stars lounge only. Diamond lounge gets free chips & pretzels.
I now see why they were doing 10x & 5x promo like crazy. You don't get a god damn thing for it!
The only thing I have to look forward to now is free 4x waters/teas daily during the WSOP.

They took away the buffet food in the lounges a few days ago and when I went to one people were IRATE about it. I was hoping they were going to destroy the place.
Hopefully by April you can tier match to MGM platinum then to ocean.

I got the car wash in Vegas. It was the best car wash ever. I may never need another car wash again! Vegas never has hurricanes and if they do it'll probably rain money and gold.
I’m wondering, those of you who participate in other loyalty programs (like M-Life, or maybe even Venetian Grazie), have you seen the same sorts of things with them as we’ve seen with CET over the last few years? Namely a big reduction in benefits, while at the same time making it easier (at least on the surface) to get those reduced benefits?
