Seems odd that cardiology isn't the clue, and I'm not even entirely sure what that is exactly. Maybe it's something like screeen instead of nurse? Or vacuum? I dunno...weird.
Yeah, this seems like a weird clue for heart/nurse, but I don't have a great idea what other thing this clue could be.
Screen is the only other word I could see being remotely related, but the clue for heart/screen is EKG.
