weird spot on turn BBvsBTN
BTN has OK stats, a bit tight (23/17 but it's 5-max)
On the flop I did not feel I needed to bloat the pot yet.
What would you do on the turn?

Hero (BB): 104.5 BB
CO: 131 BB
BTN: 113.9 BB
SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB
Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7♣ 9♣
fold, BTN raises to 2.5 BB, fold, Hero calls 1.5 BB
Flop: (5.5 BB, 2 players) K♣ 7♥ J♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 2.95 BB, Hero calls 2.95 BB
Turn: (11.4 BB, 2 players) 9♥

Call. What else you could do?
Raising doesn't make much sense to me. If we call and villain bets a brick river, we just have a bluff catcher already. We definitely don't have the kind of power to check-raise turn and jam river. And even if we improve, it's not exactly a fist pump value jam after we check-raise turn.
OK, easy for decent players, but I butchered this one pretty badly and got punished.
I thought it was semi-interesting to post it for fellow microstakes players who might fall into the same trap, "2 pair + flush draw lol I raise". BTN has so many hands crushing us (KK, JJ, 77, KJ, QT, T8, J8, even some combo draws with clubs or hearts), I'm really embarassed not having identified the situation in game.

I don't think it's terrible riae in theory but it's very tricky to play it after riase. For example you probably should consider jamming this river.
It seems like a pretty standard call. Bottom 2p is pretty weak when there are so many straights, 2 FD, better 2p, sets, counterfeit cards. Not many good river cards either.

I did not consider it, since I thought a club draw would be their prime auto-fold hand. Not sure if people will fold a heart flush here?
