As7? hard to find bluffs as villain, most Tx are folding turn already.
The fact that we bet small on river makes me want to call this but i dont know how many players find this bluff and its a pretty narrow bluff range in my opinion.
I could see him making this play with 6x, 7x, and 8x w spade, but would he really raise the 6 or 8x or just call the small bet probably.
So we have 7x for sure for bluffs and flushes for value.
Maybe we can let this one go.
Why block river?
Hand is strong enough to bet bigger.

Yeah the more I look at the more I think it's just a fold.
Weird raise size. Probably just fold.
I'm pretty sure this spot is underbluffed but dont have data to confirm it. I wonder how often we can get folds from flushes if we block 3bet. (maybe prefer As9h/Ks9h)
Yeah bluffing into a value heavy range probably isnt good without notes/stats lol, I was thinking his autocalls are 98hh and 66 most likely then prob depending on the reg may fold some flushes here. But you rarely will have blockers to 66 with this line so if bluffing is profitable at all then must be some hand w 9h or As.
