Against unknown 60vpip I would have to call even though i dont like it bc i dont know if he is doing this w 2p or some total air.

If hes got a set or straight ill make sure to note that for next time.

Call.

Fish raises on the turn are value-oriented:

But we're beating some of the value in his range like QT-JT, so I wouldn't fold Top Two Pair in this situation.

agree with call.

idk, a whale has all 32 straights and 8 sets here. Seems like a marginal call at best when you have to beat 20 other hands just to break even in a spot where he's almost never bluffing.

I still think I'm calling. If he binked a gutter or set then like yBBQ said, ill make a note i guess but I'm not convinced he has Hero's flopped top 2 beat. Also whales gon' whale, amirite?

Close spot, we beat some value but he has all straights/some sets and fish even have AK here at some frequency. You also have to remember we block his worse 2 pair (so less combos we beat) and unblock the straights.

It's probably 32 combos of straights/a few combos of AK/3 combos of 22/maybe 1-2 combos of TT/6 combos of JT/6 combos of QT

If that's a rough range you aren't getting odds at 2 to 1.

I forgot about all K9, so make that 48 straights and not 32 from my post. I'm giving a whale with 0 PFR credit for all AK and TT-QQ until proven otherwise. I think the fact that people are always going to put you on AK is going to make this spot weighted away from all of the 2 pair.

Good point! And even players with awful stats will most often realize this board gives AK the nuts.

And I'm going to give him credit for all the trash as well. Running 60vpip I'm not convinced. I can get behind 0 pfr being kinda passive suggesting (which would lead me to folding more often), however, I think pre and post flop don't tell the same story all the time.

I think the fact that people are always

Is it always?

But really what is always in poker? or anything for that matter

It's pretty clear that turn minraise is super strong, but yeah lets give him all of the trash.
