Yet every standardized test we took as kids had Asian as a bubble for race. You guys just can’t go back and forth making these crazy sharp distinctions between race, ethnicity what is and isn’t a racial classification and then also pretend like words have meaning so that there is no context in which Asian as a race is valid. Asian is recognized by the US federal government as a racial classification. The words have meanings clowns suddenly change their position to something more nuanced when it suits them.
The most recent United States census recognized five racial categories (White, Black, Native American/Alaska Native, Asian, and Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander), as well as people who belong to two or more of the racial categories.

So? That doesn't magically make Asians a race. An Asiatic Russian is not the same race as someone from Japan and Japanese aren't the same race as Indians, but all are regarded as Asian.

Some people who aren't on this site constantly will reply to a post, then see on the next page that you asked them to take the discussion elsewhere. I just did that myself, and now my post was deleted. I understand your actions, but it would be nice if you could give a bit more time for the warning to result in deletions and maybe for a short time move posts to the right thread instead of deleting them.
