This was a frustrating session, I had been playing a lot, was losing, and clicked out of my HUD which is why the stats are so light.
When the board pairs here I'm just super paranoid someone makes a full house here, even with my nut straight. I'm thinking this is just me being way too passive after getting burnt a few times, but wondering what you all think

Seems fine, pretty hard to get called by worse.
I think you can discount QQ/JJ/44 from flop. I would also discount them from the lower % of time people donkjam.
Personally I think you can find thin value from K9/98 OTR. Would probably bet small around 1/1.1. Commits you to calling it off so it's possible I'm wrong.
I think you should fold preflop and bet pot on the turn.
