I think in general over-shoves at these stakes tend to be nutted.
Villain is undoubtedly a fish (broken stack, min-raise on the flop) but fish are allowed to flop sets too.
The turn means that you do beat some of their value range {J7s, 75s} as well as combo draws like 9c8c, 10c9c, 8c6c, 6c4c so it's a call in theory. I'd almost certainly call in game but I wouldn't be delighted about it.
What typically happens is that I talk myself into calling in these spots because I reason that there are so many draws that they could have. Then when I get shown 55 I realise that villain also realised that the board was super wet and shoved because of the fear of being drawn out on.

Yeah looking back now maybe 3oak is the threshold we should also be calling with and not 2 pair. Tough for me to fold these for sure, I just hate folding to fish.
when I first looked at this I discounted his sets and splits which led me to think that he is weaker than possible. But if his strength falls off around 3oak, I guess we should make sure we can beat that most of the time.
PS. was going to come back to this to actually say this before you posted results, been thinking about since i responded yesterday lol
