Hud tab? So you mean any of the design function? Maybe try a system restart. No idea why that would occur, as I've never heard of anything like that. I'd have to speak to the dev team on any possibilities of why, but I'd start w/ a system re-start.

A couple of things I noticed...
1. The stats are not updating after the hand is completed while playing. It's taking around 15 seconds after the hand is done.
2. When opening a hand in the replayer, it says "Loading HUD..." and I'm not able to do anything in the replayer window or the main DH2 until the HUD loads. That has been taking around 20 seconds. If I click Hide HUD, and then open a hand in the replayer, it opens instantly.
I thought maybe it had something to do with memory, but it's still happening even when DH2 is the only app running.

How many custom and population report stats do you have roughly? What version of DH2 are you running, because there were some recent updates to help w/ performance on HUDs w/ tons of custom stats.

No custom stats.
I have my population report tied to 10 stats in the HUD.

Ok, thanks for the info. That's really odd then. Yes, please send a log from the support icon in DH2. First enable adv logging in settings though, and then when you send a ticket, check the option to send advanced log. I already alerted support and the dev team about the issue, so they will take a look right away.

Other than the ones provided, no. You need to copy your own in.
Update - They found and fixed most of the issue. I was told they are going to have to do it in stages, because it's more complex than anticipated. The in game HUD will be quicker now, but the HUD tab will still be fairly slow until the fully resolve it. They pushed an update today so after testing it done I'll post it.

Let me know when you can if it's working better for you. The HUD tab will be a separate build this week. At least wanted to get the in game HUD working better w/ those pop reports in the line bar graphs.
like for example, I have 20k+ hands on a specific player, I can see the hole cards he played in heatmap, but I don't know how to convert it to chart. basically I'm trying to create a quiz that mimic that player. Is this possible?

If you go to the hole card report and select a hand, it will just list those in rank only. If you're talking about per session or tournament, you can add this suggestion here:

Right now it defaults to the order they were played in an MTT or cash game session.

I understood that. I was letting you know if you open the hole cards report, and open a hand in the replayer, then it will replay them in order. I think what you're asking for is for a specific cash game session or MTT, and that's why I said I'd recommend putting in the suggestion forum. It's something the dev team references when adding new features.
