US Immigration Crisis
I didn’t see an immigration thread so I figured I would add one. This problem seems to be worsening everyday of the current admin. Hopefully some of our new elected officials can help with this. Mr. Luttrell is a great start

It's not just the lack of people keeping them alive with expensive medical treatments that's going to **** up your country. You're not going to have people to deliver packages. To work at the grocery store. You old people are going to either have to keep working when you're 80 because there will be no young people around to do these jobs or you're going to just die or beg Germany and USA or maybe China for money or something. And you don't have to be a rich 80 year old to have stuff delivered by Amazon - but if there is no one young enough to drive a delivery truck, you're ****ed.

Do you know they invented planes to move quickly elsewhere well before a place becomes as you describe?

Regardless illegal immigration is bad
Being picky about immigration is not necessarily bad
Asylum is a totally different issue. We do need to process asylum claims more expediently
The border problem involves drugs, cartels, etc
I do think the current proposed bill is not perfect but it's pretty gross for Johnson to not bring it to the floor

I don't know why you suggest I share his positions on immigration as, at a glance, it doesn't appear that guy is in favor of, for example, giving green cards automatically to anyone with a STEM degree from a reputable university anywhere in the world, which I am.
And the same for anyone with a college degree or significant work experience in healthcare settings for that matter.
