Is there any way to upload hand histories to analyze automatically ? I'd love to see hand analysis on a second screen right after the hand is finished.
Also I got this error:
Something went wrong.Unsupported number of players in a hand.
For a hand where only two players vpiped. Should I send the HH it to anyone?

First a suggestion:
- Make it possible for "thematic" uploads. E.g. I wanna check my performance in turn defense vs double barrels OOP as PFC, so the only thing that matters is my EV loss on the turn when I faced a bet.
Then a critic:
- gtowizard is consistently slow when drilling. The speed between hands when drilling is supposed to be as close to instantaneous as possible, and I hope you guys understand that 5 seconds to be dealt a new hand, see a new spot or move to the next street is ridiculously slow when we are training and want volume.

In my GTOWIZ there are no complex ranges only simple, simplified and general. I want to use complex ranges sometimes, why cant I see them?
To view the complex solutions, please activate them under Settings -> Appearance -> Other -> "Show legacy solutions".
Trying to upgrade it says having issues check card. Cards are fine. Tried email and discord. Can I get help here?

To me the trainer GTO scoring seems pointless as it almost gives you a near perfect score > 80% even if you do not understand the spot as most hands are mixed in the solution. Think playing correct is more about the correct frequencies but that is not incorporated in the scoring as far as I am aware off.
You can use RNG mode, so the score of your actions will depend on how close you were able to guess the correct frequency. If you want to know more about RNG mode, I recommend reading up on the [U][COLOR="Blue"]RNG chapter in our Trai...
Hello do you guys do some follow up on your partners? Me and my friends have sent 100s of hands (only rivers) with perfect matches on bovada and yet to recieve refunds or follow ups. Considering it continues every session without exceptions I doubt they even have a security team or investigate the hands. Does this affect your partnership? After all they are listed as your partners. It seems like they only get free marketing from you.
We do, in fact, help partnered poker sites catch cheaters constantly. Keep in mind that it's still the operator's decision to ban suspected cheaters.

Automatic uploads are something we are considering. We don't recommend looking up your hands shortly after playing them, as it might look like suspicious activity under our FairPlay check.
"Unsupported number of players in a hand" means that there isn't a postflop solution available with the amount of players in that hand history.
First a suggestion:

We will introduce advanced analysis tools with future updates that will allow you to look up your leaks filtered by spot.
Regarding the speed of our trainer, there are a couple of factors that can affect the speed of it. These are the most common ones:
- Location - Our servers are located in the EU. If you are located in the Southeast Asia region, you might be affected by slower speeds. According to community feedback, this can be improved by using a VPN.
- Size of the game tree - With GTO Wizard AI, you can create quite complex game trees, which can affect the speed of the trainer.
The workaround is to multi-table drills, which will significantly improve the speed, because more hands are preloaded that way.

Im new to gto wizard and I am not a paid member still so I don't have access to your discord channel.
I am playing on the GGpoker network and the rake structure is very different then all of the other poker site. I'm laying 50nl and the rake is 5% up to 8bb with rake in 3bet pot pre flop.
I've seen that an option of the rake structure in gto wizard is 8bb for 25nl but it doesn't count the rake taken pre flop in 3bet + pot.
You have the option to select GG R&C which take into consideration preflop rake but it's only to a maximum of 3bb per hand in those kind of game.
I've realized that the bigger the rake the tighter you play in general pre flop and when comparing GG R&C (3bb) and NL100 (3bb) you slightly call more and 3bet less in a structure with rake pre flop.
My question is will you implement a rake structure in your software that accounts for the rake taken pre flop at GG for all limits?

Regarding the solutions, we currently offer 50NL GG solutions with postflop included, which also take preflop rake into consideration. There are no plans at the moment to add more solutions for GG's regular tables.
