Just send a new one and let me know you sent it and what the first few of your email address are, and I'll have support check for it.

Hello. Is the hub working on the Chico network after the latest update?

BOL was working fine just now.

This HUD, works fine on BOL after the update, minus fast fold. FF is not working, but the dev team is releasing an update to fix that today.

Are you talking about your affiliate email update? It was updated and the tix closed. I just had support respond again, but you were responded to already. This doesn't have anything to do w/ Drivehud support. You put in the wrong affiliate email, it was updated by our support. That's it.

Ignition just released a new update and now my hands aren't loading into DriveHUD2.

Has anyone else reported problems like this?

Mine updated and worked fine, I'm using 2.0.14.10322. Try closing DH2 and Ignition, then open DH2 1ST.

This is correct where I move processed files too right?

Any time there's a site update, close everything and then re-open. If it's still not working, then definitely contact support.

Fix for PokerBaaazi update (DriveHUD must be launched before PokerBaaazi for the first time after the update)

Just started trying this software on Ignition MTTs & cash. I had a couple issues tonight:

1. I had to keep rotating the HUD to the correct player location for the MTTs on every new table. Anyway to fix that permanently?

2. I was playing some PLO cash with MTTs tables and every time the NL MTT table got a walk, my hand would display on the PLO cash tables instead of the correct NL MTT table. Obvly not as big of deal as #1 but it was a bug.

1) Yes, you need to set preferred seating or open just one MTT, move the HUD to the correct players and save.

2) It's because you had two tables in the loading phase at the same time. Ignition is the only site where this applies. You have to have DH2 open first before Ignition, and you can't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time or you could see the issue you're describing. You load one table, then the next and so on.
