Over pair vs. Loose Passive 3 better

Over pair vs. Loose Passive 3 better

1k hands with V. 32 / 21 /8. Also notably V's Went to Showdown is 24%. I have a note that they play very fit or fold poker and tend to size large with strong hands.

A couple questions here, should I consider folding turn? If V bets river for 1/2 pot again should I fold?

Weak players frequently reveal the strength of their hands through their bet sizes.

Therefore, don't fold on the turn. Call if the opponent bets half the pot on the river.

Can't fold against a fish.

Should I bet the river when checked to?

I’m not. But you’re short so idk

idk I'd guess you can maybe go super small like 10bb against a fish if you think you never get raised.

I think some tighter players will have at least some OPs in this line that @ 2nl will talk themselves into bluffcatching gto-esque so it seems on balance a bit thin to me without solving. Might induce spew, but then it's kind of bet/fold/**** it call anyway

I would. It doesn't make sense to slowplay at this SPR after double barreling so you should have the nuts. If you think they never bluff catch here and might have TT it's a check back but that would be very assumptive.

Jam turn seems fine.
