professional armies are obliterated almost immediately and guerilla warfare is the only way to resist. the DoD has many books on this. You are mistaken if you think Americans would fight any differently. We didn't during our war of independence and we wouldn't now.

Other countries weren't using Ukrainians as pawns and gave them refuge
Hamas fighters have been somewhat more successful at killing Israeli soldiers than Israeli soldiers have, but not by a lot.

And even WORSE, they're an army who is not afraid to die, which is a terrifying prospect to face in battle. It's why the Vikings were so hard to defeat. When you genuinely believe that paradise awaits after your sacrifice, you are truly formidable in battle.

The rebels fielded conventional infantry during the War of Independence. Incidentally, you do know that more Americans fought on the Crown side than the rebel side during that war, right? And you do know that most of them were black? For the obvious reason that the rebels were led by slaving magnates? I mean you do know that, right?
I don't get the criticism of UNRWA. It has thousands of employees. Of course some were Hamas. They need day jobs.
Is there any suggestion that UNRWA has taken policy steps to aid Hamas? I've yet to hear of any. Did Hamas members affect a decision?
