Ok thanks. One more thing. I use my mouse for the betting hotkeys. Sometimes there is a delay between when I click the hotkey and the action happens. Usually if I don't act right away.

Any idea why this could be?

I do have Allow hotkeys on entire table selected.

Hey, usually the main hotkeys are pretty fast. The only time there's any real delay is to auto-top up on Ignition on fold hotkey. There may be a small delay for Set Bet Size hotkeys on certain sites such as WPN depending on certain factors such as CPU/RAM/GPX not being very strong or having lots of applications or tables open.

If you want us to look further into it, you will have to let us know what site and what action the hotkey is triggering and send support a private message on Discord

Hey, I think I answered you on discord but yeah we tried to get official support and never heard back. We don't do anything on WSOP/888 that other softwares such as 888caption don't do and that software is allowed officially. We try to only add features we know other softwares have, or we know is not against the site's ToS. I also mentioned, as far as I know nobody has been banned for using any table managers on 888/WSOP

I really miss hotkeys on WPT Global, can I use this software and is it allowed?

We support fold, call, raise, all-in hotkeys as well as mouse wheel. They won't allow us to offer any bet sizing hotkeys but they do allow our custom bet buttons overlay which add additional sizings on the table. We also offer table urgency features such as table sounds, borders, stack and tile etc. Let me know if you have any questions/issues.

There are 4 standard bet buttons in WPT (ex 25/50/75/Max) Can I add other buttons for 100% and 150% for example?

Can I move the mouse wheel and have the bet size increase or decrease?

Is it possible to automatically activate the timebank when we have 2 seconds left?

We also support mouse wheel to increase/decrease bet.

We dont offer auto-timebank. You will need to request this directly from the WPTGlobal team. It's not something we can add unfortunately due the to the way the WPT tables handle clicks.

Does the "classic green" table have bet buttons in a red color or blue color? Right now we just support the blue bet buttons but you can send us a message on discord and we can give you instructions for how to support the red bet buttons.

Is it possible choice bet as percent (not bb)?

Hey, yeah of course you can choose BB or %. By default the buttons show in BB pre and % postflop. You can switch between them during the hand by clicking the symbol in our bet box overlay, or you can use % preflop and postflop if you'd like (although i don't recommend it)

If you want to have your red buttons supported send IntuitiveTablesSupport a pm on discord and they can get you sorted out.

Hello, how could I request a refund? I bought the program because I read here that it was allowed by WPT, but I asked the room directly and they told me that it is prohibited.

Hi, you are safe to use IntuitiveTables on WPT Global. We work closely with their security team to make sure we only have features they allow. We've gone through every feature one by one in detail with them and are now fully allowed to be used with WPT Global. Their general support is giving the wrong answer in this case, so I will contact their security team to let them know they need to inform their general support we are allowed there.

I was able to get a response from the WPT Global security team. They let their general support know that IntuitiveTables is allowed. Hopefully they can start answering correctly in the future.

Hello, is there a possibility to add a function to count the results? As well as counting the number of hands?

Hi, we have no way of tracking your winnings automatically but we offer a way to track your winnings manually.

You can double click any session in the sessions tab and update your "Winnings" after each session you play. Once you have some winnings tracked you can click on any of the sessions in the Winnings tab and it will show a graph and the cumulative winnings.

You can then export these results to a spreadsheet or just view them in our app.

I have recently started to use Intuitive Tables and encountered issue that sometimes when I click with mouse it isn't registered (sometimes it takes several times to get click registered). It seems to happen more often when I play more tables. I play mostly PS with sometimes mixed with ACR or CoinPoker. Only other software I use is StarsCaption and Hand2Note 4.

What can cause issue like this?
