I guess that I was imagining an impossible scenario where she was playing with a women's ball and the boys were playing with a men's ball. It would be difficult for either the boys or Clark to make an on the spot adjustment to a different sized ball.

I agree. I've played in plenty of pickup games with women who played college basketball at a high level, which is why I'm confident Clark would be able to score against reasonably good boys high school competition. But the smaller ball presumably has some impact on 3pt shooting percentage.
Celtics are virtually unbeatable when they shoot the ball reasonably well
