2024 F1 Season.
Seeing as no one has started a new thread yet I thought I would.
Will Max win everything again?
Has Lewis made the right decision to switch?
When will Horner get sacked?
Is 24 races far too many?
Predictions for the season?
Mine is Perez will get replaced mid way through the season and Lando will actually finally win a race
assuming max cares about winning championshipx, he has zero leverage until 2026. the car is too good for him to leave and everyone including horner and the owners know it.

I've failed to embed the video, but this popped up on my youtube today thought it was cool.
Wow first post in this thread - just want to say I think the battle for 2nd will be close! But Alpine I think they are gone - Andretti should be pursuing them to buy them out but it will be difficult going up against the French government.
And Jos (and Max) are on the opposite side to Horner?
Jos’ comments seemed remarkably brazen and outspoken
They are off to your team next year. You will be happy. Max is jumping ship before Honda leaves.

I’m team Lewis not team Merc
Red Bull to win constructors at $1.11 seems like almost free money right now
Max to win drivers at $1.13 seems worse value given injury chances
Red Bull to win constructors is absolutely free money!
$1.11 is reasonable. However, it’s the opportunity cost of locking up your money for a whole year that sucks.
Especially, now that markets are hot, money can be better used in different spots.

a guaranteed 11% every 9 months is ponzi scheme territory. I don’t have the minerals to bet enough to make it worthwhile but it does feel like a great price

Every previous driver to win 3 consecutive titles went on to win 4. Fangio (5), Schumacher (4), Vettel (4) and Hamilton (4). I don’t see any reason to suspect this trend will be broken this year.

1.11 for RB seems better value than 1.13 for Max. But it’s of course highly likely that both happen
Redbull have suspended Horner’s accuser.
Can’t help thinking there’s a massive payoff heading her way
Damn bad move by Red Bull unless they are more transparent on the investigation. At the moment it looks terrible for women to report this type of behaviour. Is Horny Spice actually going to get away with this?
International women's day tomorrow as well. What a time to be alive.
Is IWD celebrated in Saudi Arabia?
Sainz out with appendicitis, replaced by Bear Man. Good luck to him, third youngest driver ever.
Good seeing a new driver on the grid. Just do 30 races a year and have max of say…. 24 races cap per driver. Let’s the one’s who whine of too many races to get their load management. Teams and F1 make more money and fans to get see new Driver’s. Rookies, washed up ones like Mick still get a drive every now and then. Allows Liam to win his seat quicker
saudi track looks like a prison complex
Not bad.. props to Alonso.
Yeah the track looks awful on TV but man, the cockpit cam makes it look like a ton of fun to drive
What is Marko supposed to have done that means he might be suspended?
I know he’s warring with Horner but I can’t find what Marlo’s ‘crime’ is/was
Snitching is what I'm reading
This season looks awful. Beyond the Red Bull domination, there are 5 decent teams and 5 terrible ones. The only reason the top 5 teams didn't sweep all the points in both races is b/c Stroll crashed out. Hulkenberg in 10th was a distant 30 seconds back of 9th.
Is it possible that Max could be more dominant this year than last year? Might as well start taking bets on him winning 5 consecutive titles.
Only thing stopping him from getting 5 is if he gets bored and goes race WEC or injured. The other teams are not going to invest in catching up in 2025 and will move onto the 2026 regulations.
