This is the new (as of August 2016) discussion thread for the Chico Network. Decided to put this together since we had a lot of duplicate discussion with different threads.
I've "cheated" this a bit by copying one of my old posts and modifying it as the OP, and I'm going to move all the posts from this year in the BOL & Chico threads over to here.

I logged out and back in and all of my tables have vanished and are no longer showing in "My Tournaments" guess we'll just have to sit around and wait to be refunded.
They just resumed Mini Main, don't forget to play.
Seems back online, everything smooth again, but the tourney which were running are gone? main should still have late reg but its not visible in lobby
so glad i could never get anything going in any of my tournaments and bounce from them before they canceled them.

The tournies that made it through late reg restarted, but they logged everyone out so unless you re log in you will just be blinded out
seems like a little overreaction, all sites have technical issues, this site seems to have less of them than most others
Exactly lol, every site I've ever played on had these issues going back go pre black Friday including the new regulated sites today. The reason you shouldn't be playing on this site is because they have one of the highest cash game rake on the planet. In defense to BetOnline this rarely happens on this platform and I really hate defending them
After massive complaining through chat then the phone, I did manage to get refunded for the $55 20K and the $11 R/A I was playing when the issues happened.
No more $10 Mystery PKOs every hour? I see the $2 ones still, but not more $10.

Does anyone get frequent lag on the client? I have been trying everything. Disable antivrus, lowering fps in the game client. For whatever reason, various tables become unresponsive for up to 20 seconds for spurts and then it works fine. Doesn't happen at all tables either. I don't think it's a network issue. Support hasn't been much help.
Is there any sort of logging that can help me troubleshoot?

It doesn't happen a lot for me but, at least some of the time, it would have to be BOL. While playing two games, I have had one slow or even disconnect and the other continued fine. The problem game would often correct by itself.
Does betonline require to show your id?
And if it does, do you have any suggestion for a no kyc poker room with decently populated plo micro stakes and small stakes games?
