Why would we not be guessing log here as the makeup? And archipelago is a 3-clue, so we probably shouldn’t be guessing four words for it.

And why Africa first, or at all? Isn’t an archipelago a grouping of islands?

I put log as first makeup so not sure why you are asking why not that; it was next on our list so we should be guessing it

Triangle is two step to Bermuda Triangle -> Bermuda is an archipelago, but I think it’s fine

I took this to mean these are the four you want to bold, which is why I asked about log.

Any concern with it not being pluralized? Africa has archipelagos, but it’s not an archipelago.

I agree with triangle being two-step if we’re thinking of Bermuda, but I’m assuming there are some groupings of islands that are in a triangle-like formation.

Pretty clearly a stretch clue, because basically nothing on this list squarely nails archipelago.
