9 is bad, no A-high suit so I think flat is good. Post wp, I guess you should value river, half pot is good.
New at this game, but I don't know why you wouldn't bet earlier in the hand. The flop is pretty much the best thing you could hope for, isn't it? Then the turn isn't bad either. Feels like you're giving V free cards, which was just what he wanted.
Far from the best flop, but of course a good flop. In poker, a good flop doesn't mean you should start betting though. It's the best hand to trap with. Turn yes you can bet, but again no need to protect.
Actually when I wrote my 1st response, I missed the bit that we have Q9cc. It doesn't change flop+turn necessarily, but makes river an obvious value of course. You can pot.
When we pot river what are we hoping to get called by?
Mostly stuff that has a high club. I could also way way overbluff in this spot, pretty much because many players have no idea how to defend properly. They just give up small pots and your job is to just take them.

Super agree with this. Would bluff any hand on river that doesn't beat AK and expect them to fold AK without thinking
I'd bet both turn and river as played.
Yes I think you certainly can bet the turn and maybe solver would even prefer it. At least if villain never checks a strong hand there just go ahead and bet for value. I wouldn't bet huge though, you want villain to continue with hands that draw to a quarter.
how are you handling a turn raise?
Theoretically no way you can fold to a raise of course, but perhaps against this field you should.
