Caught a player going South - WWYD?
1/2 Friday night local card room. Players have stacks mainly ranging from 50-200, besides myself who bought in for the max (300), and a woman who've I played with numerous times before who has about 450 (all in reds). 30 minutes or so in, a player busts, buys in for 100, gets 4 greens, and asks the women for change. She gives him 100 in red for his 4 greens, no problem, except within the next two hands I notice her greens are gone (she is sitting to my direct right, and was not in any serious pots in those two hands), what do you do?
About an hour goes by and I have not done anything but I was debating on speaking to her privately if the opportunity arose (none of the other players had noticed, and no one had more chips at the table than her and I) but than this hand happens. She gets it all in on a queen high flop against another persons pocket kings and her pocket aces scoop easily a 400 dollar pot (with about 125 in greens in the pot). A few inconsquential hands go by and I notice that once again all the greens are gone.
Mind you she was not a great player, and the other players at the table were all drinking, drooling, and just having a good time. Should I have spoken up the first time?
What do you do?
a. bring it up to the table in front of everyone
b. bring it up to her privately
c. bring it up to the floor privately
d. not say a word.
What should the floor do?
I'll post results in a few days

Maybe she thinks it’s like any other casino game and can pocket bigger chips so as not to spend them.
You either bring it up as soon as you notice it or say nothing.
A floor is going to do nothing if someone says, "I saw someone go south two hours ago" other than maybe laugh.
Deal with it in the parking lot
The 2nd time around you go to a Floor and let them do what they want. 30 min, no way .. couple hands, no problem for surveillance to review.
Are you a Reg? If so, then I address. If not, then maybe just let it go.
Perhaps backdoor it by asking 'in general' if someone can color you up? That will get the wheels turning and then someone else at table will bring it up for you. GL
Tar and feather villain
Maybe she sold the greens back for reds to someone else, or even the same guy again but if she's sitting on your direct right, just ask her "where are your green chips, they gotta be in front or up top". If she appears nervous and clams up, then you can alert the dealer/floor but I agree if it's not addressed immediately there's no sense in saying anything to anyone at that point.
The good ole “where are your greens? They have to be up front” trick. A+
The color up was a good idea.
Anyway after the second time she went south, I went up to the floor and discreetly told them what happened. After about 5 minutes from our conversation the floor went up to her and whispered something in her ear. Then the floor walked away, and the women put into play about 800 dollars worth of greens that she had squirled away into her pockets. Some of the old mis-regs raised some eyebrows and one even got a little upset, but she continued to play for another 2 hours or so, and gave about 300 of it back to the table.
Am I the a-hole?

No, you're not.
Did the supervisor at least whisper the same thing into the dealer's ear too then?
Drawn and Quartered? I think that's when they show you your own insides and then let the horses do the rest? GL
Yes. That one. Anybody who goes south should be drawn & quartered.
