1/3 - AJ double pair vs TAG.
Hero and Villain both TAGS. Seen Villain call a bit lose from blinds to some Open raises.
Eff $300

Hero is opens A♥ J♥ from UTG to $12, Villain calls from SB
F ($27): A♣ 6♦ J♠
V checks, H bets $12, V raises $45, H calls
T ($117): 6♣
V donks $120, Hero ????

His possible hands should basically be 66, JJ, AQ, AJ, A6.

A TAG is not check raising you with AQ on the flop. If the villain hasn't appeared to be out of line, you're beat. Fold.
sorry but 100bb deep im going broke here with AJ. call turn, call any river. i would put AK in his range. no way im giving him credit for quads or A6 this deep and im def discounting AA and JJ based on preflop.
Have you ever seen the guy check raise before?
ugh I hate hands like this.
I don't sweat getting raised OTF but getting donked into OTT for a big bet is a little more problematic. Unless he is capable of bluffing, what is he raising with OTF and donking with OTT? this feels like A6, 66 or air from V as played.
If V has proven he is bluff capable I'd call. but otherwise I'm folding.
Flop bet call. Turn call. River call.

If you think this is his range, why is this a hard decision?
Oh and minor nit, he has the initiative on the turn since you called his flop raise, so it's not technically a donk.
With the range you gave him, it's a snap fold.
I don't love it, but I think we need to rip it in on the turn. If we're beat, nice hand, GG.
Won't be shocked to see AKo or AQ at some frequency. Won't be shocked to see a better hand, either. Nothing much we can do on this run-out, against this V, at this stack depth.

Not if he meant a6s as there's a single combo left. So you lose to 3 combos and beat 8 of aq
Even if it's a6o surely we lose to 6 combos and beat 8. How is this a snap fold, I don't get it?
Also he should have some XR bluffs. Suited 6s got there but that's maybe 8 combos. Broadway's suited that picked up clubs might barrel and obviously are not there.thats 3 combos. Still with the pot odds it's not a fold even if a bunch of bluffs made trips.
