Survivor: GENERAL THREAD
I wanted to post something Survivor related but realized there's no general thread about Survivor. Each thread is about a particular season or votes for hottest, best, etc.
Given that who knows when/if the show will come back, here's a general thread to post all things Survivor.
I won't ruin the OP with my content post, so it will come next.

Jeff's Applebee's commercial was the most annoying thing I’ve seen on Survivor in a long time
I retrospect bhanu was above average for players this season....
When Jeff was showing the contestants the Applebee's and describing the different food, the camera panned to Ben who just naturally yelled out "Damn" lol. Was so funny, hope someone GIFs that.

He said liz should have voted q, after the votes tell Tiffany to play he idol tell her she has 4 votes and who they are and try to make a final 4 of liz venus tiff kenzie
I have to admit, probably would have been her best move

I don't know why Charlie-Maria were so insistent on finding a 5th.
Could've just as easily been 4-4 and then Tiff goes home on revote. Would like to think all Q voters would go Tiff there for idol reasons.
But yes, there was so much ability for Liz to make her big play there. Tell Tiff we can get out whoever we want. That would've been way better.

The problem with 4/4 is that the “flush the idol” votes would have been able to accomplish that objective while also getting rid of Q who may have gotten all 5 of the revotes. I think it was the right play.

But if Tiff doesn't play the idol and it's 4/4 she'd go home on revote. Would be pretty dumb for them to have a guaranteed shot and not take it.
Also for Tiff if she thinks the vote is 7-1 on Q, then her vote is useless. May as well use shot in the dark. Gauge people faces. If not successful, can decide whether or not to idol. What are you saving the sitd for?

Can she do this? I thought that once Jeff says "It's time to vote", all discussion has to stop. Have I missed post vote conversations before Jeff reads the votes?
The best part of the whole blow up was when Q said, but Liz you voted for me last night.

She can't use shot in the dark on revote. She can't use idol on revote

What was your reaction to that meltdown? Did you, Kenzie, or Maria think about volunteering your spot to give it to her?
That did happen! They just didn't show it. Both Maria and Kenzie tried to give up their spot for Liz. And Q said, "No. I chose who I chose."
How do they not show that?
Makes me like Q even more.
Really glad that Q did not give up. I really hate that sort of begging. Especially if you want to get rid of that person.

because her vote is irrelevant since she thinks it's going to be 7 votes on Q. so she may as well get herself the chance at safety just in case. and as an added benefit, when she plays it, if she she's people's faces like omg, and she is not successful with the sitd, she could then play her idol on herself.
