I think as far as the team goes, most people do find the Knicks team to be likeable.
Yeah I guess I can see that, but I'm just talking about the team in a vacuum and they're very easy to root for. That's all I really care about. I find sports fans in general to be insufferable.
I would take Embiid over AD and that's not even mentioning Maxey or the $20 million in additional cap space they'd have after Lebron. Morey has a ton of flexibility this summer. If he gets Lebron or Paul George he will build a top 3 title equity team this summer.
Assuming the rest of the team is roleplayers, doubt I'd think Sixers are top 3 in title equity if they added playoff P and got rid of like harris, oubre, melton. Maybe top 6-7.

Have you guys seen the figures on this new TV deal? Supposedly going to go from around 3B to 6B right off the bat with ESPN/Amazon and 1 of NBC/TNT probably averaging about 7-8B a year. Kicks in starting in '25-26

Yeah, but that's why people mostly hate teams. The Cowboys haven't won **** in 30 years and they are the most hated team in the NFL because of their fans and the media's obsession with them (with good reason since they are probably the most important NFL team).
You have to win a **** ton before people start hating your team for winning. People would really hate the Giants, for example, if they won a few more SBs and weren't beating the Patriots when winning.
