P2P transfers: CHAT thread : No trading ITT

Never received ACR. I sent $59 and he said was at work all day yesterday and couldn’t send, then this morning he PM me how he messed up and needs 10 days to repay.

I will say I’ve traded few times with him in past and he has always been a standup guy. Im sure he will make good as it’s only $59.

Im just letting everyone be aware to probably hold off swapping with him for time being.

May need a mod for this as they can go thru pms

I remember this person messaging me about a trade a few months or so back, but when I asked if he would send first, I never heard back.

Were the trades you did with him in the past small amounts as well?

I’ve done a bunch of trades with him for $500 plus. We always have alternated who sends first. Seems out of character for him to scam. Must have screwed up. I have his cell, I’ll see what’s up.

Same here as we traded few times never issue. I know he a standup guy , we talked via PM, and he said he messed up. I wasn’t even going to post as it was small trade for $59 but his PMs had me concerned for him and didn’t want others to potentially not get funds.

He’s always been a good guy and I’m sure he’ll make good and get back on track.

Seems like he got multiple people judging from transfer thread, always best to immediately identify people who scam !

When someone sends to me first via Zelle, do I wait until it's no longer pending to send on the poker site?

Wanted to update this. I called Zelle and discovered that they froze my activity because someone else who traded with me put "poker money" in the memo. It took a day, but the matter is resolved and my account will be back to normal after their system refreshes in the morning. After which, the $500 will come through to my bank.

Word to the wise: don't mention anything gambling-related in the memo of your transactions. It could seriously mess up everyone involved.

Zelle put the transaction through this evening and we settled everything. Sorry for the mishap, everyone.

if you are sending to someone for the first time (ie a new recipient), it often delays it for up to a couple days.

once you've sent back n forth w/the same person a few times, then it usually goes through immediately.

I have had it happen a few times, even with someone I've had history with.

Haven’t heard much from him he’s temp banned so can’t PM him. Over 10 days haven’t sent payback

Well he’s banned now on here and with no way in getting in touch with him hopefully he makes good still but doesn’t look to promising, such a shame.

I, Pokerfreedom, sent $250 Zelle to 2+2er "The Horror" for $250 acr trade more than 2 hrs ago. So far, no funds in my acr (Cardfarmer) account. Outside of 2 messages said that he is busy, then no reply to my many messages and voicemails. I'll provide an update on this trade situation once or if the trade is completed.

Still no acr or any new communications from "The Horror". Please do not trade with this guy. Consider my funds are lost at this point.

Situation update, "The Horror" just sent me the $250 to my acr (CardFarmer) from his acr (BennyRamirez). He said that he had some family issues yesterday, thus he was unable to message or call me. I reached out to user via PM and we agreed on a Zelle transfer of $250 for him to send me 250 on ACR (Bellasdaddy716). I sent the funds at 11:50 am EST. 4 hours and have received nothing. I have Zelle confirmation that it went through with confirmation number (shared with him), and snapshot of the funds taken out of my account. Transfer is complete. User claims that he has not received the funds. Claims he called zelle and is waiting for a response back. Smells fishy. I’ve never not had a Zelle transfer go through instantly.

Would love to give the benefit of the doubt but putting this here just in case anyone else tries to reach out.

Again if anything changes I will update here.

The transaction is marked as pending and not available until Monday. This pending transaction was just posted to my account within the last hour. 3 of the 4 times this has happened, the transaction went through, but there was a time when it was bounced back to the sender for reasons unknown.

Also, the person who messaged me was not BellasDaddy716. It was someone named "TheFranc(h)is(e)".
