I never agreed that Diesel was losing his **** after he had down swings and posted about them but today it looked like his world was shattered when he realized he can no longer get voucher drinks lmao.

Do people really care that much about voucher drinks when you can get them in a casino while playing poker?

This was no surprise at all. He relied heavily on those 4 voucher drinks per day, not only as a source of daily nutrition but also for a sense of self importance. It was a point of difference that he took great pride in, and it's now gone.

Knowing Rice, he wouldn't have missed out on a single free drink, like ever. Unlike just about anyone else he would literally go out of his way to never miss a single day or drink.

We joke around about it, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if his actions contributed to the changing of the policy. If he was consistently abusing his milkshake hack, and going for 8 drinks in the space of 15 minutes to the same vendors. It wouldnt be hard to imagine that some of the outlets might have raised the issue or complained about the situation. Not saying that it would be the sole cause, but could definitely have been a contributing factor.

Diesel thinks this will kill the Caesars poker rooms cause now people will only grind to diamond and stop and not continue to diamond plus. Lol. This is the player pool he chooses to play with the most in Vegas. Yet he can't understand why his hourly is in the single digits.

Nor can he figure out that the grinders who do care about the voucher drinks probably aren't going to be giving much action if at all.

Contrary to what he thinks, while it will impact the business in the poker room to a degree, it will leave the game quality overall better off.

How much would it tilt rice to learn that i dont even use my card almost ever to play poker unless im forced to?

Relying on free drink vouchers is so funny to me. Businesses not letting people abuse their systems is always the sign of a business ready to fail!

Diesel quickly back to peak level again, considering his reactions to the free voucher drinks been taking away from him. Wow, its like his life is shattered into pieces due to this small detail that 99 out of a 100 people woudnt even think twice about.

It looks like the slot degen diamond plus patrons kept their free drink voucher status.

Just wait till Caesars takes away all the discounted rooms for Diamond Plus and/or waiving of resort fees for people who earned their status mostly from poker.

According to Diesel, a lot of people's lives revolve around the 4 free drinks a day, not him of course, he is just concerned about not being able to give some of the drinks to employees. lol

When he realizes that it's mostly people that earned D+ from poker, there will be another speech.

No there is only one person like that and it's him. His whole world has come crashing down around him. It's like he has structured his entire life around these free drinks. $20 worth of milkshakes and $10 worth of other drinks every single day that he would otherwise have to pay for. It probably was a significant % of what he considers "income" from poker.

+1 absolutely legendary stuff. The way he lies to himself (defense mechanisms) is so pure its hard to come up with better examples than him.

I called my personal assistant early this morning and told her to contact the travel agency and cancel my trip to Vegas. No free drink vouchers for milk shakes. It's the end of the world as we know it.

it's a complete scumbag move from caesars. they could easily have not made it an automatic thing. they could not give tier credits for sports betting or poker. they could not have 5x an 10x multipliers- but they chose to give the tier credits, say you get a benefit for earning those and then pull the rug out. I'm sure it's legal but it's totally unethical. What they really should do if they want to get rid of Rice types is cut the benefit next year. I get why they want to cut off worthless customers but there are way better ways to do it.

now him saying he's worried about it for other people and doesn't care about it for himself blah blah blah is pretty comical.

It's like what Caesars LV did many years ago. They had a multi month poker promo, I think it was like 150 hours in 3 months to get into a big freeroll that had a good structure. So, I committed to getting the hours as did lots of others.

On the actual Freeroll tournament day they realized that too many people for their liking qualified, so they made the tournament a complete shove fest after the 1st hour, complete BS after committing to all those hours for months for a specific tournament which I never would have done for a shove fest.

You can't get chocolate milk or blue Powerade in poker rooms!
