I haven't been really since precovid -- if it's going to be similar than in the past -- cheap microwaved food that was also in short supply and way too many people who either snuck in or too many diamonds in general -- I'll pass.
Ever since the food stopped being free, the diamond lounge was never busy.
You have to pay for parking soon if you don't have a Caesars card (of any level):
The pay for parking kiosk is to the left of the Guard's desk.
The Rewards booth to sign up for a free players card and get free parking is on the right side of the Guard's desk.
Can't believe Horseshoe is investing so much in hardware (ie: gates and license plate cameras at each garage entrance and exit) just to get people to sign up?
The extra rake is obviously for the unparalleled service and experience that Horseshoe Baltimore has to offer. It's not like the room revolves around one unruly patron who keeps getting himself banned and reinstated or anything.
Greek still trying to spin it while acting miserable everyday? Man some ppl would have a way better life if they never learned poker
And pay for parking is here
Don't most poker players have a rewards card?
Is Mario still the room manager? Don't see his name on the Bravo page anymore.
You ever play here? I seem to recall you preferring mixed games and that isn't happening here ASAIK.
I was there for the series they ran a few months ago. And was hoping to work with Mario to schedule one of my seminars there. I'll have to chat with whomever takes over and see if they would like to make that happen. Anybody know who that is yet? Thanks!

Hopefully you can work something out! I'd definitely schlep out to Baltimore for it.
I was at the last Philly thing you did just before COVID and then Harrah's deciding to not reopen the poker room. In fact, that was the last time I was in the poker room there...
Brew Brothers re-opened with new menu.
1lb Ribeye is still $39.
Specials (including weekend):
Instead of fries, you can have side salad
Chocolate stout is also $5
Chicken cheese steak:
Pro tip:
To reduce calories, ask for mustard instead of mayo
Slots:
They replaced Return rewards (Rr) with Instant rewards.
Rr was bonus Freeplay 3 days later.
Ir is next day.
Now the weird thing:
450 tier credits is $10 Freeplay with Ir.
600 tc is $30.
But 800 tc is $20. Wtf???
Also, Rr program gave slightly more.
1000 tc was $70 Freeplay under Rr.
1000 tc is $50 Freeplay under Ir :(
Heard the GM of the casino got fired.
He was the GM for a few years.
Let's hope the new GM breaths some life into this place.
Also, Luke's sandwich place on 1st floor closed.
That leaves just the pizza place as the only restaurant in their 'food court'
I recently visited after not having been for a long time. Walking on the first floor is very depressing. Lots of open floor space where slot machines used to be, the pizza place that is good but ruined for me as they charge 2:1 comps, and it's not worth $30 comps. High end steak, pub-style restaurant, and the small asian place are the only other food options I think. Less tables than I remember on the 2nd floor, with a huge stadium-style group table games section. I really may never return, which is sad as I pass by every time I go to Live.

This month:
200tc = $5 Ir
300tc=$15
900tc = $40
they didnt used to give anything for 200tc
I earned 2500 tc and got $125 IR.
So it's roughly $5 IR freeplay per 100tc, except for 200 tc.
Dunkin donuts is open on 1st floor, next to the pizza place.
but i never saw any advertisement for it!
i only found it by accident by going down the escalator near that section.
if you pull up to the gate, close enough to not tap it but be very close, it will open automatically.
Old GM was fired for embezzlement
new manager is Randie Fountain
If I get 500 tc I get 15 free slot play next day
got 1700 one day and got 40 the next day
Giftcard giveaway:
i Got $50

Am I missing something or are you unhappy that if you don't spend that $50 in a year that there will be a monthly fee? How long do you hold onto $50 gift cards generally?

I think i got a $200 gift card to lululemon that i haven't spent for 3 years - i just don't need anything from there. The fact a giftcard would take $2.5 a month doesn't make any sense and is inflationary on top of standard inflation.
