Indeed :p I don't think this can ever be a fold in theory, if he slowplayed quads or a boat you are supposed to pay him.
In practice maybe they never have any bluff and it makes it closer to a fold, but I think they will go all-in with worse flushes more often than not. There are so many more combos of flushes than boat & quads...
We are ahead of some value in the opponent's range, so there is no need to fold.
