This is better for the games in the long run, we don't want a bunch of nits just grinding rakeback.
Not sure who diesel is but idk about that. Recreactional players definitely like 9 handed better and seeing that there is only 6 max is sure to drive many of them away.
In the main WSOP room area they have a WSOP online room with Support, etc., to get people signed up.
In the deepstack section, they have someone asking people if they signed up when you enter.
That’s good, Might take a week or so for all the people that didn’t pre-register to get their bankroll transferred before things start picking up.
do we still have a notes section on this new software? i dont see it

The recreational LIVE player, sure they prefer 9 handed, but online fish mostly play one table at the time and like action and fast play so they prefer 6max.
MTT entries have seemingly gone up.
No more larger daily freezout.
No way to filter down to only freezout tournaments.
No 9 handed Sit & Go's.
Cannot check the Caesars Rewards info because there is a bug where the first info graphic/screen freezes in place over the next page.
I was excited for this new WSOP, but it seems they have given us less options with more players instead of more players and more options. I was really hoping to get full ring cash games back and looking forward to a bigger
disappointed about there not being 9 handed sit and gos.
Less players than before but I guess that makes sense since many haven't re signed up or preregister.
Same here, though I'm in Nevada. I've had Champions status for more than two years.
Sent my ID, got no response. Emailed support, got no response. Called support twice. First guy told me funds would not transfer, and that I needed to request a withdrawal, but the phone disconnected as he was explaining the process. Called back. Second told me that my registration for the new site did not pass security, though he would not say why, and that I need to provide a copy of a signed social security car
I called and support rep told me to resubmit my license.
I didn't get email back, but it seems i'm verified now because when I log on it seems i'm able to make a deposit. just waiting on my balance xfer now.
Have they announced anywhere if this is just a bare bones launch and all the features that we used to have will be coming back shortly?
No full ring and no limit games at all is completely ridiculous for a site calling itself the WSOP. Maybe they'll all be added back soon, but you'd think they'd have told people beforehand what to expect on launch day.
The scroll tab the right on cash games is tiny. This is in list mode. Its hard to grab a hold of that sucker.
Deposit. I didn't use any codes or anything, just made a deposit and got this if anyone is interested. Just put 100 in. I really haven't played on this site in a long time. Have been using stars. But I was a previous member that just transfered over account. So this isnt a total newbie bonus thing.

IDK there were a ton of recreational players that used to play on multiple 50nl tables that never sat 6max. These players are likely not going to play now at least not as much.

100% agree this is ridiculously worse than before. The elimination of 9 max is going to kill the cash games I feel. Many people start on the site at 10nl and 20 nl full ring then move up to 50nl and those 3 games are where the vast majority of the recreationals want to play and without that I feel many wont even bother with playing online. not to mention the software is way more cumbersome to use.
Does anyone still have the location verification problem? It started happening to me the last week or so on the old software, and it just happened again. What can I do to get this fixed?

Does the "rest of your bonus" mean they'll match it 100%? maybe, because we're all "new" players so technically we get the welcome bonus without a promo code
As far as 9 max tables, I asked them at the WSOP booth today and they checked on it and emailed me and they claim there will only be 6 max cash games.
Also said only 6 max and 8 max tournaments, but I see some 9 max tournaments now, so maybe they don't know what they are talking about. lol
They did say that there will be more daily and weekly tournaments added soon.
Don't know what more bonuses coming means....a match / rakeback would be nice. I'm not ready to move my stars money over yet. I wana see if stars nj/mi dies first. I think it might. But I like it there. Do not have coins to fund two accounts. If these "more bonuses coming" are actually good. I won't see it

Damn! weird they have a filter for 9 max but no tables. I really feel that will kill cash games by cutting out the bottom level of players that want to play those games.
Can’t login and it doesn’t recognize my email went I select “forgot password”. Anyone else have this issue?
How do you link your caesars rewards card/number?
I just live chatted with support. She said I would have to re-link to my Caesars account. When you click on your rewards in the corner, click on "how it works", it will take to a web page, click on "Caesars Rewards". Or something like that, I'm not looking at it right now. It asked for wsop.com ID number. I had to click personal details in the client and write it down as it wouldn't let me copy. It said it has been submitted so hopefully no issues with that. I then told her that the link takes you to the explanation of the old rewards system and asked her how rakeback works under the new system. She just ignored me, but I'm not confident that bottom level support even knows.

It makes no sense to play on wsop if you are a cash game player in nj or mich. By taking away rakeback they basically upped the rake. ItÂ’s foolish to give this site any of our money if this rakeback structure is as bad as it seems.
Everything new takes time. Be patient grasshoppers.
