I just deposited 1k and no bonus :(


I hated the new software before it decided to crash 3 handed in the Tuesday Showdown and split the prize money evenly. Now I also don't trust it, in addition to hating it. Hard to imagine how they felt this was a good idea right before they're planning an ambitious month and a half of bracelet events.


Actually, I did get the bonus. I have 90 days to complete it. I don't think it showed up right away or I'm just confused how to navigate this site. I guess everyone gets the welcome bonus of 1k so take advantage of it since rakeback is horrible.


Why does a bunny celebrate when I lose a pot?

Wednesday $15k looks promising other then the start time. I'm sure this one will get over $25k prize pool with a $5k 1st prize


So I got the card strike for the first time and the wheel spun and it gave me 20 dollars. Better than I expected (it was at a 1-2 nl table)

i really hate black and red combo and wsop is going hard with that.

I have bad eyes and could read screen names fine on old software. I can't make the red names out without reading glasses now. It's terrible.


The $5 Turbo force closed with like 30 people left last night, so that's at least 2 tourneys yesterday that crashed.

It's going to be hilarious when it happens in a bracelet event.


disappointed with the satellite offerings.

there should be small buyin feeders to all 50$+ tourneys imo

looks like all the wsop online bracelet events have satellites that are 10% of the buyin and unlimited reentry. there should be feeder sats to those sats.

ie 10$ sat to get into 100$ sat that pays off a 1k event ticket.



Anyone know how to fix this issue? The site worked fine for me most of yesterday then this happened at night for a bit and now it's happening again. And I don't even know how to get a hold of customer service.

100% agree this is ridiculously worse than before. The elimination of 9 max is going to kill the cash games I feel. Many people start on the site at 10nl and 20 nl full ring then move up to 50nl and those 3 games are where the vast majority of the recreationals want to play and without that I feel many wont even bother with playing online. not to mention the software is way more cumbersome to use.

Agreed. They were extremely dumb to even make .50/1 NL and up 6 handed in the first place in NV/NJ- Recs don't wanna lose their money even faster by playing short than by having a full table and getting to relax a bit more...Beyond that and in relation to the new software- no option to run it twice in this day and age is pretty wild. Doing Blasts 3 handed where only one person gets paid even when it's a bigger prize pool is going to heavily deter recs (never mind that for some reason the chip stacks are usually criminally low to start). Their guarantees so far are either down or the same for Sundays I think at the moment. The list view isn't easy to find, the note tab wasn't easily found by a lot of people, there's no chat, and the customer service is THEE ABSOLUTE WORST I've ever encountered from a public company in my life. There's no stud, no mixed games, no heads up tournaments of anything other than Holdem. There are "technical difficulties" encountered when trying to make changes to Responsible Gaming areas. I'm not even sure that's currently working at all...No joke. Having all year (really several years) to implement the new software and they wait until the eve of the WSOP to quick-drop an unfinished product (to an unprepared player base) with a ton of glitches. I'll be excited to play the bigger tourneys eventually but I swear the people who run this site are either terribly apathetic or terribly inept. They certainly don't seem to understand/care about what's optimal and most desired for their customers when it comes to basic features, game selection features, offerings, etc. You know...also those things that are best for business and keep the product most marketable, desirable, and flush with cash. I hope things improve but as it stands, this was truly the most classic "Caesars" move of all time! Some things never change.

This is what they sent me a few weeks ago when I contacted them about failing the geolocation while playing:

Thanks for contacting us; my name is Chris A. and I'll be helping you today.

I am happy to assist you in being Geo Located, this is the way in which we verify you are within the state. Please disconnect your wired connection so only Wi-Fi is used to connect.

Please carefully review the below key facts about being Geolocated:

1. If on a mobile device, ensure you are connected to WiFi or at least have a very strong cellular connection

2. If connecting via Desktop/Laptop computer, your device cannot be connected via Ethernet Cable; must be connected via WiFi.

3. Our Geolocation software verifies your location by using 3 strong WiFi signals to triangulate your position. If you are unable to see at least 3 WiFi Networks (must have great-excellent connection/signal bars), you will not be verified. Wavering or weaker connections will cause chronic disconnections.

4. If you simply do not have the networks in your area, then your only option will be to acquire a WiFi Extender with a 2.4 & 5.0 connection. This extender will add two more WiFi networks to your existing Networks (with strong signal), giving you the connections needed to be verified.

Try these other suggestions to help you with this issue:

- Clear your cache and cookies

- Reset WiFi router

- Delete/Reinstall app

- Try a new device

I've been turning on my phone's hotspot since then and haven't had that problem again.


Traffic is definitely down so far. Until WSOP gets competition this is a huge setback for online poker in Nevada.

Nope. They're usually easy to get a hold of but I've been on hold for more than a half hour and no answers.

Just close the client and reopen. Has been working for me.

The software has been making my computer lag really had though. That's not good.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I want the old software back.

I basically tried all backgrounds and still can see the player's names. sigh.

Also, hoping BetMGM will open in NV soon, but it seems they're more interested in sports betting than poker.

I have been having this issue for 8-9 days. It kicks me out after I play for one hour exactly every time. Then I can’t get back in for about an hour. I have tried every kind of troubleshooting, including different devices, playing at friends houses, and a combo of the two, Nothing works, and I can’t get a hold of support. Very frustrating!

I'm sitting this one out going forward. Ill check this thread to see if it gets any better, but Im done with WSOP and online poker in NV if this is all we are going to get. What an extremely disappointing operation Caesars is running here. Best of luck you guys! Let me know if things get any better!

nope nothing same setup i have used for the past 3 years. And it worked yesterday until night


Also getting the location popup. While I'm locked out does anyone have a summary of the new rewards program that I can read through?
