All variants of MTTs on PokerStars
Hello fellows
I lifted my 11$ buy-in limit for MTTs, and will finally play all PLO and Mixed MTTs up to 55$ directly, and shot-take the 109$ to 215$ events that are left during SCOOP.
I started Poker in 2008, focused on PLO and Mixed since 2010, and was backed to play all stakes from 2012 to 2016.
Managed to hit a few 5-figure scores in PLO, one in 10-game on Full Tilt, plus an 88th place in the sunday million anniversary.
In 2015, i even had the pleisure of trash-talking, bluffing and showing, and then busting Phil Hellmuth in the €2k 8-game WSOPE Berlin.
When Full Tilt finally got closed in 2016, PokerStars also reduced it's offerings of my variants, and due to three big problems in private life, we decided to end the backing-deal, despite current $6k make up.
We both still been up 5-figures, nevertheless.
Aside of some nlhe satellite gambling, i didnt grind seriously for many years.
Then i had a phase were i played 6+ holdem 25$ cash-games, but when grinding this extremely boring (except maybe for slots addicts), repetitive and dull game for 1600$ bonus per month, it literally gave me a mental breakdown, and i quit poker for many months.
And so but anyway...
In february this year, i smoothly wanted to grind some PLO and Mixed again, and busted a few 20-50€ deposists.
In march, i deposited 20€ more, and won three micro MTTs on the same day. One PLO KOmania, one 8-game and one HORSE.
Then i went on a real heater in satellites and target events, shipping the 55$ 8game octopus, two 109$ PLO KOmanias on saturday and sunday, and cashed two of three 530$ PLOs that i satellited into, all within March.
Downswing April, but lately, 11$ got me into 1050$ stud8 SCOOP where i made 5th for about 3500$.
Many terrible days after that, like losing Heads Up for 5200$ PLO highroller ticket and such, but i never give up during a xCOOP.
Today is the HORSE 11$/109$/1050$, and i'll add at least the 22$ Badugi.

I open 4x, get snap-called, and cbet QJ7ss with gutter, overs and nutflush blocker, and get called again...
Turn is an Ace, and i bet big enough to just have half pot on river, which is an offsuit 6...
Not a blank, because villain had Q6s for missed flushdraw, and actually tanked before calling half pot on the river...
I knew some hidden ****-hand that turned into better than mine would get me again, as usual. Sometimes you just know you'll gonna get raped, and are happy when its done quickly...
Starting to grind 10$ and 25$ PLO spins soon.

Why not play mixed games cash game?
Games are dead on PS, 8game doesnt run, aside of few hours 2/4 on weekends...
Except some Stud8 1/2, 2/4 and 3/6 i might join at some point...
I am, honestly and humbly said, the best Stud8 player in my country, and its not even close

During a few years, i owned the tables from 1/2 to 3/6$ HORSE, Stud8, Stud Hi and FL 2-7 TD...
Made 5th in 44$ hyper hot pee kay oooh, or so
Regged 5.50$ NLHE/PLO and 22$ HORSE, and that's it for this day.
Bankroll = 903$
I'll surely be feeling sooo good, after not drinking for a few days, soon...

Soon grinding Stud8 cash again, the best game there is, for logical, mechanical players, where i'll likely become Pokerstars end-boss at it again soon, same at HORSE, up to 3/6 again... If anybody ever suits down for it, aside of some scandinavian drooler once a month...
Local laws only allow for a max of 3$/6$ for Limit Games here, which is like 50c/1$ NLHE cash at a very nitty 9max table, regarding swings...(Standard deviation, ofc... Winning 3-5 big bets with only 16-18 big bets standard deviation there)
But we are allowed to play up to 200$ cash tables nlhe, and PLO... And pay 30% more rake for our gready goverment there...
Short deck has no upped rake... Who wonders why...
Last 30 days, i invested €21k, at 5.3% taxes, meaning roughly 1100€ taxes...
But since just have a 20h/week Accounting Job, i think thats absolutely fine like that

Those colluders we're so obvious that Pokerstars banned the whole country, after they tried the same at short deck...
Been fun playing 3 of them heads up on their own,nat Stud Hi simultanesly, while insta-sitting out as soon as the second scam Artist Chinese tried to Join the tables.
They simply capped every street hu, Like a demented monkey on acid.
I mos def did my fair part, to get all of China banned, dont ask how or why...
If any of you guys who read this, who's able to play PS, and doesnt hate Limit Games... I'll happily teach you to earn 3.50$ an hour at 25c/50c stud8 (best stakes regarding rake cap, for beginners / avoid playing 50c/1$ !)

Ah yeah, I remember the Stud ban for Chinese ... And before that, PS limited them to two players per Double or Nothing SNG after massive collusion in that format. The good ol' days. 😃

If you can play on Winning Poker Network from Germany maybe you can check it out. There´s some traffic there, always $4/$8 stakes. A lot of americans, so a lot of fish.
My state of Germany already had legal online Poker since many years before the rest of the country got it, but you need to apply for a license to offer it...
Im sure i cannot play there, sadly. 4$/8$ Stud8 with Americans sounds perfect for me.
Action on PokerStars seams dead above 0.25c/50c during the week. Played a dozen hands 3-handed 1/2 yesterday, before both others left..
Though, i've talked to a guy who has been running a 50c/1€ live NLHE cash-game, which was really typical for those stakes... Opponents were playing very bad, but you needed to borrow the losers money when you we're up a few stacks to stay in the game, and most of the big losers were gang-people, who either didnt pay back at all, took ages for it, or tried to give you over-prized drugs instead of your money...
That guy is now running a 50c/1$ PLO Game, and promised me that the two worst guys from the former game dont play there anymore.
Rake is capped at 5€ per hand, and only taken out of every pot above 50€.
But due to the min-bring-in being 2€ (basically just no limping allowed) and it being a 9max game, most of the hands become bigger than 50€ in the pot, as he told me.
He said the pool of players is still very small, but really juicy, with a few rich kiddies (parents or poker...?), two harbour workers who never have to borrow, and even the maybe biggest whale here (owns a big company), who is slumming it up there, when the casino isnt offering 2/5 PLO. Plus two other solid players, who help starting the games.
I've been saving up for a few shots at 2/5 PLO at the Casino, but this sounds way better for me. I've saved up 1600€ so far, and just payed out 400€ from PS to have 20 stacks total for the local Omaha Game.
This leaves me with just 139$ online now, but nothing is more fun than building a roll from scratch.

Changed schedule for today and got into 55$ 8-game, but busted, and down 44$ today.
I think i will try to run the rest up to at least 500$ by playing shortdeck micros, and take a longer break from online, if i bust.
I'm just not feeling it anymore, knowing im beat on the river despite +70% equity when all in, day in and day out...

Been able to play PLO and HORSE low and mid events on my tiny roll, and also got into 55$ 8-game once, but kept running terrible whenever it mattered. Only 2$ left online.
Went to the live game on friday night, and it was 5handed before i sat down.
Three guys around my age, and two younger guys. Host is dealing, but not playing.
I only know one of the players, who is tight abc, but knows which spots he has to bluff in NLHE...
Anyway, its PLO100, and i buy-in for a hundo. Two guys sit on only 40-60€ stacks, and the others are all 150-250€.
I ofc dont wait for my big blind, and post my 2€ min-bring-in as cut-off, to look gambly.
Get QQT7ds, and the action goes pot utg, and repot highjack, and i have to fold.
Next orbit goes by without any 3 bet pots, but soon, after one shortstack goes broke with JJ64ss on 892r in a single raised pot, and angrily pulls out another 50 bucks.
Good to know there is at least one huge sucker.
Am down to 80€ when i finally hit a nice wrap vs a set, straight on the turn, and he called me down for a double up.
I have position on both guys that still cover me, and start to have a good feeling 😉
But i havent seen them missplay a hand before, and waited for a really good spot.
Its folded to first deep guy on highjack (7-handed by now), who pots it, and other bigstack calls on cut off.
I 3bet my button with JT97ds, both blinds fold, and both deepstacks call.
Flop is the beautyfull A68ss for a wrap, ten high flushdraw and ofc the nut advantage on that board, as the reraiser.
Its checked to me, and i bet 40€ for nearly pot, and get one call from cut-off.
Turn 3 puts the flush there, but i have to fold vs half pot with my T high flush, im fairly certain...
After being carddead for literally an hour plus, i flop second set in multiway pot, and call down vs top two, which hits his higher fulls on the river...
Reload second stack, and soon double up AA65ss vs KKTTr aipf.
Followed by being super carddead for another two hours, before losing my 130€ stack all in preflop 3way vs AAK7ss and AKK5ds... I had the perfect 9876ds, flatcalled the reraise vs a min open, being on the cut-off, and when they went 4bet, and then 5bet in front of me, i felt sure enough that cardremoval would easily make me a favourite, which it did.
Sure enough, im close to dead on 552 flop already...
Now that i saw that live PLO is somewhat soft, i really dont wanna deposit much on PS, atm.
Decided to deposit 30€ on a sports side for a free 10€ bet, which i've put on Germany winning the Euros...
But won a 5-team parlay of 4 favourites that been holding up, and just needed Ukraine women to make a tie vs Wales...
Wales, at home and favourite, has been leading 2:1 in 67th minute, and at 90+6, my possible 200€ win was just worth 1,15€ as a cash out...
But Ukraine made the very last second score, not kidding 😀
Now i could say, okay, i'll take it... But...
Decided to fire two more parlays - a hundo a pop - for roughly 600 and 900€ potential winnings.
If i hit one, i will redopsit big on Pokerstars, and grind with low average buy ins until i run hot again.
