5/5 100bb AI pre with AKo?
5/5
~$500 effective
V1 - loose rec player
V2 - OMC
V3 - Euro/Brazil Pro
Hero(UTG) A♠K♥ raises to $20, V1 calls, V2 calls, V3(CO) raises to $120, Hero - ???
Is this a perfect spot where we actually move all-in preflop with AKo/QQ hands? What about JJ?

yeah jus jam rn then.
I would still prob jam with jacks vs someone who should be a lot wider than average. With 100 bb's there's really no room to do anything else (unless you fold of course).
Vs euro/brazil pro im snap gii and thanking the poker gods for this wonderful spot
If the CO is OMC do we just call? In similar spots vs OMC I call with TT-KK and AK.
Yep, gii.
If CO is the OMC, and a true OMC, I probably just fold.

AKo is easy peasy jam
QQ I'm jamming, but slightly less happy since we don't have blockers.
JJ I think is the real dilemma I think, because not only do we not have blockers, we have more hands that beat us that are in their ranges, and QQ is not only in villain's range, but also in V2s and possibly V1s. I think I probably run with a Jam here too. but not loving it.
What do people do with TT here - fold, flat, shove?
Given CO is a euro or brazil pro, by which I assume you mean they're more aggressive and "studied", you should be pleased as punch that you have AK here. I mean, the CO's 3bet is technically a squeeze, so you need to be 4betting more often than normal (that is, not just 4betting QQ+, keeping in mind against some nits you might not even 4bet QQ from OOP). The real question is what other hands aside from AK would you 4bet/shove, as others have said? I would include TT and AQ, particularly as in these multiway spots OOP you can't really call. Hands like KQs, AJs, 88-99, even ATs could also be value shoves against this type of villain. Some weaker Ax and Kx could be considered as bluffs, too, once you have some more info on villain (e.g. previous squeezes, showdowns, etc.).
Easy shove with AK; you fold out most hands that you are flipping with, possibly including another AK.
I'm not thrilled to be OOP multiway with a nit cold caller - you could consider calling QQ-TT and some of the better suited Broadways, but in general I'm probably looking to jam hands like JJ, AQs and A5s, and fold the rest. My discipline probably goes out of the window in game and I probably call JJ, mind you, although CO has used a good squeeze sizing that should allow you to get away.
Hmm, so how far can this go? Can we even jam here with 88, 99, TT, AQ, and A5s?
So, by default, against an unknown player in this situation, we jam with QQ+ and AK.
Against a "Euro/Brazil" regular who knows about squeezing, we widen our range to 88+ AQ or even ATs+ ?
What should we do in the same situation against OMC?
If we're talking about a genuine OMC in MP 3betting us in UTG we can fold AK at 500 effective, sad as that may seem. But I'm talking about a genuine OMC who sometimes flats KK because he needs to see a flop without an Ace before proceeding further. There are other OMCs who might 3bet you with JTs (admittedly rare), so there are more than a few things to consider here.
