My uncle was in his late 80s when my cousins in their 60s dragged him to see his great nephew, the lead singer, perform.

Better than the original. This is what I love about this thread.

Yeah. I'm happy I happened upon that video. Posted it before

That cat has an original song called Ruby that is really good

Man, put the Oh Why Don'tcha bit in. That's the second cover to miss this.

At last.

None of those covers is a patch on the original. They overflow the sound. Pink Flag is an incredible album. Covers only?

I introduce Tangled Up in Blue to my freshman English students every year... & just about every year, at least one kid will deep dive Dylan from there.

But, of greater personal significance - way back in 1980, I was the overnight accountant in a large hotel. The breakfast line cook was a guy I went to high school with; so most days I would stop down in the kitchen and hang until I could hand the property over to the morning manager. Back then I had this habit of leaving my basketball shoes untied. One morning I was sitting on a freezer when Laura, a relatively new waitress, came strolling by. She paused, bent down and tied my laces; straightening back up, she said, "you look like the silent type." That moment, and the times spent we spent together afterward, will never escape my mind.

This made my Sunday morning. Indiara Sfair is a monster harp player and this is the first time I have seen her in this type of ensemble.
