Probably easiest to just send a log from the support icon in DH2 so support can see what's going on when you select that option. I've not heard of that happening, so I don't have a quick fix unfortunately.

Still playing with it. I noticed it use the same hand chart i use for quiz.
Any suggestion on what hand chart i should use with GTO RFI?

I plan to upgrade my system. Is there anything else I need to know after transferring DH2 data to a new PC using the backup file?

Has anyone had their ignition hand history files deleted after importing.

Nothing I can think of honestly. Just make sure to copy over the zip file and just import.

If you did a manual import, they are moved to the archive folder. The location is in site settings.

I did a manual import of last months hands after starting a new database. I noticed that the profit was off and saw I was missing a few thousand hands compared to the old database that did the auto import while I played. I deleted the database and imported the hands again and it was a couple thousand hands less than before. This time i noticed that there were less files being imported.

This is the location of the site settings but there is no processed data folder.
C:\Users\mreps\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD 2\ProcessedData

If you manually downloaded hands, sometimes when you do that (I'm assuming this is ignition), the site doesn't download the hands. This is common, you can find other posts in here where that occurred. But as far as missing hands, DH2 just imports and moves them. It has no process to delete hands. My guess is that the captured hands had all of your data, and the manual import was already missing hands before you did the delete. I'm not sure if there's a way to verify this, but I can assure you, DH2 has no delete process. You can send a log from the support icon in DH2 at the top if you want, but the most we'd be able to do is say how many hands are imported.

If you want to keep your databases separate, create a new one from the database tab in config.
