THE Official 2024 PGA Tour Season Thread
I don't have a fancy OP or anything. But now that we are in 2024, and are back to calendar schedules instead of the reach-around schedule, its time for a new thread.

I've been watching some videos on Dechambeau's YouTube channel lately. Really entertaining, the breaking 50 videos are great. It's a shame the PGA Tour doesn't allow for more of this content.
Has he broken 50 yet? I tried watching a video with him and Sergio trying to break 50 and stopped after like the 5th hole.
As far as I've seen so far 50 has been the lowest.
RBCCO odds after the Cut
I found the winner unlikeable from the fact he fired 4 caddies in a year, a temper on display and than his rant about the drones
Hardly "firing" caddies, more like auditioning. As far as drones are concerned, I'm surprised they don't annoy more players. He should try to control the tetchiness though, as it never did the likes of Montgomery any good imo.

Ya he seems like a douche imo. Made comments of why do players need more money referring to LIV. Then post a video of him calling his mom saying he just paid off her mortgage.
ntnBO -- a rules question came up last week in my regular golf group
i was teeing off on a par 4 w a driver. to the left of the teeing ground is a pound that runs the length of the teeing ground and extends beyong the teeing ground about another 40 yds. there are no colored stakes in the area
i popped up my drive and it traveled about 20 yds and landed in the pond. i told my group i'm going to retee and hit my third shot. someone in the group said i couldn't retee the ball. that i had to drop it and then i could play my third shot. i didn't think this was right, as i was thinking reteeing was within the rules. what say you?
I know you asked Bo, but whether it's in the water (marked or not), lost or OB you can always retee and hit 3.
Allowed.
You always have the option of playing from your last point when in hazards or unplayables and when your last point was off the tee box you are allowed to place the ball on a peg. Of course you must add a stroke so in this case hitting 3.
For extra info, when a water hazard is not marked, the hazard itself is defined by the water.
👍 cfw & BO
also thx to BO for the added info in his last sentence
appeciate both of you
has the forum been inaccessible for others too the past 24 hrs or so?
the Memorial Tournament odds after the cut
Yeah, haven't been able to access 2p2 pretty much all weekend, seems like it's back up for me this morning.
Viktor absolutely imploded yesterday.
