We all vent about this periodically in my family. A great mystery. The food is literally worse than some frozen food you could buy at the grocery store.
If it were cheap, I would kind of get it... families on a tight budget, want the eating out experience, don't care that much what it tastes like. But it's pretty friggin' expensive!
Maybe in Treestump, Oklahoma it is literally the only Italian restaurant. Well, OK. But these places are packed in Vegas. I will never try half of the good Italian places here, some of which are cheaper, many of which cost about the same.
