Jacks in multi-way 3-bet pot—Ace on the flop, unsure of any decision

Jacks in multi-way 3-bet pot—Ace on the flop, unsure of any decision

Blinds $1-$2. 5-handed. UTG limps, CO raises to $12, I 3-bet to $36 with JdJh, SB folds, BB cold-calls, UTG folds, the CO calls.

FLOP: AcTh8s (pot: $108). BB checks, CO Checks, I check

TURN: AcTh8s 9d (pot: $108). BB checks, CO checks, I check.

RIVER: AcTh8s 9d 4s (pot: $108). BB checks, CO bets $50.

Fold, call, or raise? And how are we playing previous streets? I feel like we want to do a lot of checking on Ace-high boards against two opponents in a 3-bet pot, or no?

Whatever, don’t sweat it. Not a lot of EV to be lost or gained here imo

PRE - think I'd 3B larger, to $45-$50, when IP with a big PP that will often see at least one over-card on the flop.

FLOP - I wouldn't hate a small c-bet, just to clean up some equity and charge draws.

TURN - AP, after flop checks through, I think we can make a delayed 1/2 pot c-bet when we pick up the OESD.

RIVER - Flick in the call. We could be losing to AX or 2P, but otherwise, we've got the best hand a lot.

I would cbet like 40, they should still have a bunch of pocket pairs and non Ax hands.

I would just fold the river as played, esp since he was the OR.

This almost exactly. I can go either way on flop, and probably make my decision very player dependent.

I probably play it the same and would flick in the call on the end.

Haha, thanks.

RESULT: I called, the BB folded, and the opener showed me 98ss for a turned two-pair.

cbet woulda taken it down too

I think its close to a fold or a call, 1/3rd psb is a clear call, 2/3rds is a clear fold. Thing is you kind of played it to call down so now you have to call. If you bet/fold turn or bet/get called turn you can just check back river.

Not sure a cbet takes this down, player dependent. Call is fine.
