I would imagine you can cbet this flop high frequency for small size, and your hand has very good equity. Although checking is always an option. I guess x/r is possible also.
River raises are always nutted in my experience, it seems ridiculous but every time I call they just have a super strong hand.
I prefer to bet on this flop too.

Without reading what anyone else replied, I'd personally check call river something reasonable. We have a good hand but so many hands beat us. AJ here is pretty close to a bluff catcher imo esp given the turn action. As played, I likely fold but not all the time. Unless you're playing against a spewey maniac, river raises are usually the nuts.
I also don't mind you floating flop, as I tend to mix in leading and check calling (esp. vs. more aggressive players).
