PS i wasnt really concerned with the short stack

You put yourself in a tough spot calling pre. We dont know how much villain 3bet from btn. As played river you should bet fold

Misread the hand

if you dont have any reads that he is a aggro wale just diciplin fold he has here plenty of AK and boads straights so we hope that he is overplaying a ax or super spewy with Qx Kx etc but would need some stats on him or seen some crazy hands on showdown if i dont have that fold (when i am diciplined and my mind does not win the argument by talking myself into a call and me after the hand tilting because i knew i should fold )

That's a really straight forward flop x/f.

Right but isnt the q blocking a straight or whatever and why would he flat with AK so basically two pr is the only hand i need to worry about and i turned trips

I'll list out the reasons you should fold:

1) 3-bet Cold caller bets into 2 people.
2) UTG opener smooth calls.
3) pot sized bet.
4) 3 broadway flop where you only have top pair w/ GS.
5) Both UTG and BTN have TT/JJ heavily in their range.
6) AJ/KQ can still be in UTG's range.
