Fold flop facing the 60% pot cbet, your hand can improve only to top pair medium kicker or a very unlikely backdoor straight. On the river they need to turn something like 9T or 97 into a bluff, seems unlikely.
Yeah I’d just fold flop too. You’re a little deeper and don’t improve well.
