seems like probably 5050 he stays, depending on if OKC or Orl can blow that offer away. If it was like a 10m difference over 4 years I think he could take it to stay given his role on NYK be more guaranteed and he seems to like it there. Chance to win with the Knicks gotta be worth something as well. If these guys get over the hump in this run, that has gotta be worth a ton over the course of the rest of their lives.

Hartenstein talked about how he wanted to stay with the Clippers (for less money!) because he really liked the situation, winning, etc. while he was on Brunson’s and Hart’s The Roommates Podcast earlier this year. The Clips didn’t offer him any deal whatsoever so that’s how he wound up on the Knicks.

Him staying w NYK for less than the Magic offer, etc. is a distinct possibility.

Magic should draft Bronny and then trade him for Reaves
