I remember telling a lock poker rep to go **** himself in like 2014 and some random account popping up to tell me that i made a mistake and i told that person to suck my dick and then lock finally got exposed.

Right. For myself I started to try and learn and use math to PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt that I'm a profitable player in my field...

All I ended up proving to myself was that the games are ever so arranged PERFECTLY such that you never really can define your winrate.

When I brought this to players attention, the certain ridicule I got from certain players that were otherwise 'winning' players, was CONCERNING.

From there I convinced myself of the concept of a 'profitability standard'. Which is really a RAKE standard, but not as a % rather in regard to the EFFECTIVE (ie hidden!) rake. Players aren't OWNED profitability, but the players as customers should learn how to ask for the METRIC of it. But the community was deprived the ability to have dialogue on the subject.

Put another way, wouldn't it be nice to know, or be served not only the cost to play on a site, but an accurate representation of what your expected winrate will be, or the profitability comparison to other sites?

This is the opposite of how sites work today, they HIDE it. They hide such stats so only people like Josem get to know them, and then Josem tells the players that its because he's making the game secure.

Its OP references virtue poker, virtue poker was a scam project endorsed by Phil Ivey nothing to do with decentralizing poker.

HOW can the games be arranged so that the players could somehow be able to compare the profitability of each site? Do we understand the question? If this was the scenario then the poker sites would be forced to compete, not to HIDE the profitability or ie effective/hidden rake...but they would be FORCED to compete to lower it.
