I'm not sure we're on the same page at all.

We have 4 words left. Here was our list:

The way I see it, there are two scenarios:

1) Aldrin is for Astronaut only. Thus Astronaut/Sahara/Mile/Sock.
2) Aldrin is for both Astronaut and Space. Thus Astronaut/Space/Sahara/Mile.

I have no idea where Coast is coming from.

The space coast is where Aldrin launched from.

It just strikes me that IBD might have been assuming we'd see Alaska as theirs. If so that increases the space equity of his previous clue and reduces the remote location equity.

Unless he thought we'd hit Sahara but specifically avoid Alaska. Maybe it was a clue he came up with before they guessed, and he figured Alaska would already be off the board, thinking the Norway -> Alaska connection was obvious (which I'm mostly thinking of because a similar Finland -> Alaska connection came up previously, either in this game or in no list, I don't recall which).

I'm not sure. It's really easy to over-level here.

Yes. Plus it was the 3rd word on our list when we just got an unlimited clue.

I don't see any world where Coast is good here. Do you really think that Coast is better than Space for Aldrin?

I definitely don't think coast is better than space. But I could see our words being astronaut, space, coast, sock, say.

I don't know how I feel about mile trek.

Fair points, but it's a big risk to assume that TBob is signaling that and not the level 1 thinking of Aldrin word(s) plus top of the list you just put out.

I don't see why we should deviate from that. He game unlimited, which means no more than 2 Aldrin words. He HAS to be expecting we take the top 2 from our list. He just has to.
