I would bet 1/3 pot for equity denial and some value. Can continue against a check raise.

I'd bet and my standard is half on these boards. Doesn't matter much what you bet as long as you call vs a raise.

Think I'd check here - it's sort of hard for the villain to continue here unless they have a flush/two pair/set, and of course we block that. Also getting x/r here isn't fun - if we check he can probably get him to bluff two streets with a high spade knowing how capped we are.
