WSOP.com (NV) not giving me my money and non-responsive

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to withdraw money from WSOP.com. I have sent my passport, drivers license (which was issued less than a month ago so should count for proof of address), as well as my bank account statement with bank account number and current address (which obviously matches the license), and the debit card I used to deposit money onto the website. I was wanting the money put into the bank account that I sent them.

I have received confirmation of all my information in an email, yet I have not received my money and it's been 11 days. I have sent multiple emails that have ALL passed 72 hours asking for confirmation that they are processing my withdrawal and I have not received A SINGLE EMAIL BACK.

To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I do not live in NV. I was visiting to meet some friends so withdrawing via the cage isn't an option (I didn't think this would be this much of an issue because I was pro-active in getting them my documentation while I was there but LOL was I wrong).

Does their support exist? I need my money.
